I have been in Canada for more than 6 years. Currently graduated from university majoring Employment Relations & Statistics. My passion for HR stems from my love of interacting with and helping people. I believe this program could enrich my HR knowledge and expand my horizons.

We are first year MHRM students at York University with a curiosity about leadership. As future leaders, we know how important it is that we learn, truly learn, what leadership means and how to be great leaders, so we wanted to know how our future employers should be thinking about training us. And the rest of the employees too, of course.
Born and raised in Shanghai, China. Graduating from university in 2013. Devoting in HR field for 4 years. The spirit of exploration and curiosity will always drive me moving forward.
